These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and likiwin ("likiwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the likiwin online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at likiwin.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any likiwin service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with likiwin's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the likiwin Platform.

To register and use the likiwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming law and is non-negotiable. likiwin does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of likiwin, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the likiwin Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

likiwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) likiwin account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your likiwin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify likiwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

likiwin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where likiwin has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

likiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• GCash (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• Philippine bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

All transactions on the likiwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). likiwin does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your likiwin account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. likiwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your likiwin account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• likiwin reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your likiwin account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• likiwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

likiwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. likiwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game weightings are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose and within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• likiwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

likiwin offers a range of online casino games and sports betting markets, including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, bingo, slot games, and sports betting on events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other markets. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

likiwin is committed to fair play. All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are not manipulated by likiwin.

With respect to sports betting, likiwin reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• Limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where likiwin suspects irregular betting patterns or match-fixing activity.
• Correct any obvious errors in odds or game results and recalculate affected bets accordingly.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of likiwin's management shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the likiwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and likiwin's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the likiwin Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling, including commercial exploitation of any kind.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your likiwin account.

All content on the likiwin Platform — including but not limited to the likiwin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of likiwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any likiwin content without prior written consent.
• Use the likiwin brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any likiwin content or software.

Any unauthorised use of likiwin's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, likiwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the likiwin Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond likiwin's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

likiwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your likiwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

likiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and likiwin, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through likiwin's customer support process. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
