likiwin ("likiwin," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "Player," or "data subject") of the likiwin online gaming platform at likiwin.net (the "Platform"). likiwin acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through the Platform. As data controller, likiwin determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the DPA and all applicable Philippine privacy regulations.

likiwin has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and the DPA. You may contact the DPO directly for any privacy-related concerns using the contact details provided in Section 13 of this Policy.

likiwin collects personal data that is necessary, adequate, and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected. The categories of personal data we collect include:

Registration & Identity Data:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Gender
• Nationality and country of residence
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• Username and encrypted password

Identity Verification Data:

• Government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Selfie or live photo for biometric verification where required

Financial & Transaction Data:

• GCash or PayMaya/Maya account details (mobile number only; likiwin does not store full wallet credentials)
• Philippine bank account details for withdrawal processing
• Debit card details (card number masked; likiwin does not store full card numbers)
• Transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records

Usage & Technical Data:

• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• Session logs, login timestamps, and activity history on the Platform
• Game play history and betting records
• Cookie and tracking data (see Section 9)

Communications Data:

• Records of your communications with likiwin's customer support team
• Feedback, complaints, and survey responses
• Marketing preferences and communication opt-in/opt-out records

likiwin processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create , verify, and manage your likiwin account, including identity verification and age confirmation (21+ requirement).
• Service Delivery: To provide access to likiwin's games, sports betting markets, and all Platform features and services.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers.
• Regulatory Compliance: To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the DPA, and all other applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming behaviour, enforce deposit and session limits, and administer self-exclusion requests in accordance with likiwin's responsible gaming obligations.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Marketing & Promotions: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates where you have provided your consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse usage patterns, conduct research, and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the likiwin Platform.

likiwin will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by the DPA.

likiwin processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and likiwin — specifically, to operate your account, process transactions, and deliver the services you have requested.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with likiwin's legal obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, AMLA requirements, and NPC directives.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for likiwin's legitimate interests in preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, and improving our services, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: For marketing communications and non-essential cookies, likiwin relies on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

likiwin does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: likiwin engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya/Maya, Philippine banks), identity verification providers, IT infrastructure providers, and customer support platforms. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to process your data only on likiwin's instructions and in compliance with the DPA.
• Regulatory Authorities: likiwin may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Law Enforcement: likiwin may disclose personal data to Philippine law enforcement agencies where necessary to prevent, detect, or prosecute criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of likiwin's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
• With Your Consent: likiwin may share your data with third parties for any other purpose where you have provided your explicit prior consent.

likiwin retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with likiwin, and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Identity Verification Documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained until you withdraw your consent, plus an additional period as required to demonstrate compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, likiwin will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved disposal procedures.

likiwin implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the likiwin Platform
• AES-256 encryption for personal data stored in likiwin's databases
• Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• Incident response procedures compliant with NPC breach notification requirements

While likiwin takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, likiwin will notify you and the NPC within the timeframes required by the DPA.

likiwin uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to enhance your experience on the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyse how the Platform is used. The types of cookies likiwin uses include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, security, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and login status to provide a more personalised experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players use the Platform to help likiwin improve performance and user experience.
• Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content to you based on your interests and Platform activity, where you have consented to receive marketing communications.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by likiwin:

The likiwin Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. likiwin does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. The 21+ age requirement is a strict legal obligation under Philippine gaming law and is enforced through mandatory identity verification at the time of registration.

If likiwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, likiwin will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete all associated personal data, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities as required.

likiwin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. likiwin encourages you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data. Your continued use of the likiwin Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
